- For Current Students with Complaints: If you are already enrolled and wish to file a complaint, please refer to our Student Complaints Policy.
- For Current Students Contesting a Decision: If you want to challenge a formal decision made by the College, consult the Appeals Policy.
Prospective students can submit an appeal by completing the Admissions Appeal Form available by clicking here.
Re-Admission Following Withdrawal
Former students who wish to return to UKBC should submit a Re-admission form by clicking here.
The form must be completed and submitted at least one month before the start of the semester in which the student intends to resume their studies.
Students are required to provide a summary of their activities since leaving the College and include any relevant documentary evidence, if available.
The Re-admission Panel will review the completed form, taking into account the following factors:
- Any mitigating circumstances that may have affected the student’s studies during their time at the College, supported by appropriate evidence.
- Evidence that these issues will no longer negatively impact the student’s future studies in the upcoming year.
- A detailed explanation from the student of the changes they plan to make in order to prioritise their studies moving forward.
- Information on the support the student has accessed or plans to use in the coming years, including services both within and outside the College.
Only fully completed Re-admission applications will be considered.
Former students approved by the Re-admission Panel will need to apply as a new student through the College’s Admissions team.
Applications denied by the Re-admission Panel are final, and former students do not have the right to appeal this decision.
